नवलपरासी जिल्ला साविक पंचनगर गा.वि.स हाल बर्दघाट नगरपालिका वार्ड नं. ९ मा तत्कालिन प्रधानपंच श्री जगनारायण फौज्दारको सक्रिय नेतृत्वमा र स्थानिय जनताको सामुहिक सहभागीताको आधारमा वि.स. २०२७ साल बैशाख १५ गते का दिन यस विद्यालयको विधिवत स्थापना गरियो । सोही अनुरुप २०३० सालमा अस्थायी अनुमति र २०३१ सालमा प्राथमिक विद्यालयको स्थायी स्वीकृती जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालयबाट प्रदान गरियो । नेपाल पुनर्वास कम्पनी धनेवाबाट १−१०−० विगाहा जग्गा स्थायी सम्पतीको रुपमा विद्यालयलाई प्रदान गरियो ।
पुरा पढ्नुहोस्समाजको सामाजिक आर्थिक रुपान्तरणका लागि आवश्यक ,स्ववलम्वी,प्रतिस्पर्धी,प्रवर्तनात्मक र मुल्य मान्यता उन्मुख नागरिकको विकासमा योगदान पु¥याउदैर्, औसत बिद्यार्थी उपलव्धीस्तर ६० प्रतिशत भन्दा वढी कायम गरिने छ ।
पुरा पढ्नुहोस्सिकाईको वातावरण,पाठ्यक्रम,शिक्षण सिकाई सामग्री विधी,मूल्यांकन तथा परीक्षाको सान्दर्भिकता तथा गुणस्तरीतमा अभिवृद्धि गराई विद्यार्थीको सिकाईमा सुधार सुनिश्चित गरिने छ ।
विधार्थीहरुको विद्यमान रुची र क्षमतालाई ध्यान दिदै स्वच्छ प्रतिस्पर्धाको माध्यम बाट उनीहरुको ज्ञान,सीप र धारणामा सकारात्मक परिवर्तन गराउने ।
स्थानिय स्रोत र साधनहरुको परिचालन तथा आधुनिक सूचना प्रविधिको प्रयोग गरी स्वच्छ शैक्षिक बालमैत्री वातावरणमा गुणस्तरीय तथा व्यवहारिक शिक्षा प्रदान गरिने छ ।

तत्कालिन प्र.अ दामोदर घिमिरे र सं.स. अध्यक्ष श्री जय नारायण फौज्दारको सक्रियतामा १२−६−६ विगाहा जमिन २०३४ सालमा दर्ता गरी विद्यालयको नाममा लालपुर्जा प्राप्त भयो । यस विद्यालयको विकाशको सिलसिलामा तत्कालिन शिक्षाप्रेमी एवमं समाजसेवी विश्वराज कोइरालाका सक्रियतामा २०३९ सालमा नि.मा.वि स्तरको स्थायी स्वीकृती प्राप्त भयो । तत्कालिन प्रधानपंच एवं विद्यालय संचालक समितिका अध्यक्ष स्व. श्री खेमनारायण फौज्दारको सक्रियतामा मा.वि तह संचालन गरेको यस विद्यालयबाट प्रथम पटक २०४६ सालमा एस.एल.सी परीक्षामा विद्यार्थीहरु संम्मिलित भए । यस विद्यालय मा.वि को स्वीकृती २०४८ सालमा प्राप्त भयो । यस विद्यालयले २०५२ साल बैशाख १५ गतेको दिन भव्यताका साथ रजत जयन्ती समारोह सम्पन्न ग¥यो ।
